Candace Cantrell joined Pinnacle Energy Services, LLC as a Consulting Petroleum Engineer in January 2016.
Candace graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BS in Petroleum Engineering in 2009. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma.
She worked for Continental Resources from 2009 to 2015 in Enid and Oklahoma City. As a reservoir engineer, she spent 3 years monitoring high pressure air injection and waterflood units in ND, SD and MT. She managed reserves and evaluated new well and optimization economics. She also ran numerical simulations and analyzed well tests to optimize field performance and identify additional recovery potential.
In 2012, she began modeling well performance, providing reservoir characterization and analyzing DFIT tests to estimate reservoir pressure and fracture geometry for the SCOOP and other areas in OK for 2 years. She then performed economic evaluations and reserve management for SCOOP horizontal wells including acquisition assessment. In addition, she evaluated optimum well spacing and future development plans for proven areas and executed exploratory testing and new wells outside SCOOP core areas.
Candace joined Devon Energy in 2015 as a senior reservoir engineer in the Rockies she where she evaluated divestiture opportunities and monitored Parkman development. She maintained type curves, inventory and economic parameters for corporate budget planning.
