Della M. Hand began working for Pinnacle Energy Services, LLC as the Office Manager in 2003. Della’s responsibilities include all duties not pertaining to engineering.

From 1996 to 2003, Della worked for the Douglas County Sheriff's Department in Castle Rock, Colorado. Della started as a 911 dispatcher for both fire and law enforcement. In 2000 she became 911 coordinator for Douglas County. Her responsibilities included working with county / Town Managers and Fire / Police Departments to ensure an efficient emergency response for the community.
